Marvel's nugget models fill a reservoir that feeds the freezing drum. If the level sensor sees no water for two minutes, NO WATER blinks and Er15 is set. Marvel's action is to check supply pressure and the level sensor before restarting. Marvel ice machine display · also shown as NO WATER lamp blinking What to do when Er15 shows on the ice machine ### Kind of code Water supply The water side came up short: the trough did not fill in the time allowed, the float or level probe never saw water, or water kept flowing when the inlet valve should have closed. A supply valve left partly shut, a clogged filter cartridge, low building pressure or a sticking inlet valve are the usual causes. Opening the valve fully and fitting a fresh filter clears the simple cases; a valve that hums without passing water is a visit. ### Usually leads to Ice machine water valve and filter repair The inlet valve, filter, sump float or level probe and supply line, tested and replaced when water arrives short, dirty or nonstop. ### Shows up as Ice Machine Error Code or Flashing Light: What It Is Telling You An ice machine error code may show as a number on a small display, a pattern of blinking lights on the control board, a colored light on the front, or a machine that stops with one indicator flashing. ### Make Marvel Marvel ice machine visits in a home start with the drain and the water supply, then move to the clear ice cycle. ### Source Marvel MRNP215 nugget ice machine owner's guide and service manual Marvel nugget ice machines MRNP215, MONP215 and MANP415, which report through ICE, NO WATER and DRAIN lamps. ## Before you book, in this order. Each step comes from Marvel's own guidance for Er15 on its ice machines. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 Open the valve that feeds the machine and check the supply tubing behind it for a pinch. 02 Check the pressure at the connection if other fixtures on the same line are weak. 03 Restart the machine; if NO WATER keeps blinking, book a visit for the sensor and inlet valve. ### Still there? Open the valve that feeds the machine and check the supply tubing behind it for a pinch. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### My Marvel nugget machine was just installed and NO WATER is blinking. What is wrong? Often the supply valve was left closed or the line has air in it. Open the valve and restart. ### Is Er15 on a Marvel the same as a clogged filter? A clogged inline filter can cause it, since it starves the fill. Change the filter if one is fitted. ### Does Marvel need a service visit for Er15? Only if water is reaching the machine at good pressure and the lamp still blinks. --- **[Read on the site: Marvel nugget ice machine blinking NO WATER (Er15): no water reached it](https://icemachinerepair.center/error-codes/marvel-er15/)** **[Book a visit with IceMachineRepair.center](https://icemachinerepair.center/schedule/)**
