Make sure the water supply valve to the head is fully open. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### How do I know when the water filter on my True is due? The control keeps a water filter usage counter in the menu, and True's schedule says to change the filter when its outlet pressure drops below 20 psig. ### Why did E24 appear after plumbing work nearby? A supply valve left partly closed or air and debris in the line can slow the fill. Opening the valve fully and flushing the line often clears it. ### Does E24 mean the inlet valve is broken? Only after the water supply and filter have been ruled out.
