What Er25
actually means.
Viking ties Er25 mainly to a cold room. When the evaporator outlet stays below its set point for 2 minutes during icemaking, the control stops and lights every lamp, and Viking asks for the machine to run only where the room is above 50°F.

The board saw temperatures or pressures that the sealed system should never reach: a discharge line too hot, a suction side that never cools, or a compressor that starts and stops on its overload. A dirty condenser can push a healthy system into this family, so it is the first thing to rule out; a low charge, a leak or a tired compressor is not. On many current machines that system holds R-290, which is flammable, and only a technician opens it.
